Deepening our understanding of exosomes will be critical in understanding the physiology and the pathophysiology of the early stages of pregnancy recognition. Moreover, this typr will enable entp type development of novel nanodiagnostics and nanotherapeutics, to maximize pregnancy rates during IVF treatment; to improve the treatment of disorders such as infertility, pregnancy loss, and preeclampsia; and possibly even to offer new methods for locally acting contraceptives.
